There are very reliable and affordable water delivery services available, and in Yucca, AZ, you can buy water (25 cents for 50 gallons-and bring it in yourself)
Sewer would be by Septic system (when you are ready to build) approximate cost today is from $3,800 for a standard 3-bedroom system. (The county uses bedrooms to rate the sizes of individual septic systems.)

Next, you’ll return those documents to us with a check made out to First American Title Company for your down payment plus the $299 closing fee. (Personal checks are acceptable, but cashier’s checks are preferred. We are not able to accept credit cards at this time.) We’ll call to confirm receipt of your documents and monies, and give you information about the escrow officer handling your purchase. Within 2-3 weeks after the sale closes, you’ll receive the final documents (including your title insurance policy) from First American Title and within the first month, you will receive payment coupons. Payments begin 30 days after the actual close of escrow. You will receive your recorded documents from Mohave County usually within 8-10 weeks. That’s about it!
