Branson Lakeside Condos has a couple of luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1220sq ft condominiums on Table Rock Lake near Silver Dollar City available. These units have electric fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, 10ft ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops, hickory wood cabinets, open living and dining areas, and are located within 5-10 minutes of Silver Dollar City, 2 lake marinas, golf, and horseback riding. It is only 20-30 mins to get to any of the attractions in Branson and the Branson Landing.

The unit is completely furnished. The kitchen has all Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. It comes fully stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, bed linens & bed spreads, towels, etc. Units have stacked washer and dryer. King size bed in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom. Sofa sleeper in living room. Electric BBQ and patio furniture. Ashley furniture throughout. Ceiling fans in every room. There is a TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in both bedrooms. This unit is completely ready to use.

These units are currently in our very successful rental program. Last summer, our owners averaged approximately $3000/mo in rental revenue during the summer months.
