<p>where do i start i have a 7500 sq. foot building with a 2000 sq. foot apartment or  lower can be used as offices it is located only 15 min. off int. 64 at mt. sterling ky. its only 5 to 10 minutes off mt. parkway its a beautiful town with a very low cost of living and taxes are cheap only 1000.00 a year on this facility i lived in it for 2 yrs and my business required me to move back to va. and the property is to far away to enjoy or keep up so my loss is someones gain  it would make a nice trucking facility or equipment storage or repair shop  or just about anything  it has 16 foot ceilings in all 3 bays and has 12 in. concrete floors the parking lot is fenced and is located 5 minutes out of town in the country in powell county  it has a large master bedroom with full bath and jaquizzi tub with seperate shower upstairs with full kitchen and laundry facility in master bedroom the down stairs has what could be 2 more bedrooms with large rec. room or could be used as 2 offices with conference room all down stairs is tiled and all solid wood trim and solid wood doors as well as beautiful trim and wood upstairs with all carpet and ceiling fans and will be left fully furnished with refrig. stove and washer and dryer building is 50 feet deep and 150ft .</p>
